Rif Raf’s team is made up of over twenty professionals operating in different sectors and counts among its clients important brands in the e-commerce sector at a national level, as well as managing important entertainment personalities.
Our work methodology consists of 6 phases: listening, analysis, research, design, development and promotion. A successful project cannot ignore the correct management of all these phases. Often one or more of them is neglected, in an attempt to optimize time and costs, in the realization of a web project always leaving the client unsatisfied.
E-commerce represents the core of our activities, especially in two fundamental sectors: fashion and pharmaceutical.
Fashion is a sector that has accompanied us from the beginning and that develops an important part of our business not only as e-commerce (Boy London, Gaelle, Follow Us, etc.. etc.) but also for the attention we dedicate to the world of influencers and celebrities including Melissa Satta and Chiara Nasti.
In the pharmaceutical sector we have developed OpenPharm a “vertical” solution integrated with all the management software for pharmacies that has made us the market leader in e-commerce for pharmacies.
OpenPharm now has more than one hundred installations throughout Italy that are giving important results to our customers, among which we also include the No. 1 pharmaceutical e-commerce in Italy farmacialoreto.it.
We have been collaborating for years and we are partners of Netcomm, the Italian Digital Trade Consortium, which is the reference point for e-commerce and digital retail on the national and international scene.
For Netcomm in 2018 we brought, for the first time ever, a Pharmacy, the Loreto Pharmacy, to win the coveted Netcomm award, an award dedicated to Italian e-Commerce excellence.
