Vice President of Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our global market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall sales strategy, focusing on opening new markets in different countries and managing sales operations in general.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate new international markets
  • Manage and expand sales operations in existing countries, ensuring continuous business growth
  • Oversee the entire sales process and create strategies to stimulate upselling
  • Collaborate on the definition and revision of pricing plans
  • Build and maintain key relationships with customers and strategic partners in the various countries
  • Define and supervise a partnership strategy for the multiple countries
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Product Development and Operations) to support the roadmap and improvement of the go-to-market strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats
  • Manage, train and develop a high-calibre sales team, fostering a company culture focused on achieving objectives
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets
  • Develop OKRs and monitor their achievement by sales teams
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with the regulations and laws of the relevant market


What we are looking for

  • -Proven experience in the same or strictly related roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology context
  • -Strong experience in penetrating new markets and developing international business strategies
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful business relationships
  • -Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • -Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of German is considered a plus.
  • -Willingness to travel frequently in Italy and abroad
