About us, in a few lines
Qapla' was founded in Florence in October 2014 by Roberto Fumarola and Luca Cassia. Today it is an S.p.A. Società Benefit and publishes an impact report every year.
We make the software that manages shipping for online stores: labels, tracking, customer notifications, returns and cost control.
