Pricing questions
What happens if I go over my plan's shipments?
Nothing gets blocked. Extra shipments cost from €0.12 each (up to 300 and 800 shipments a month) down to €0.045 (up to 10,000). If it happens often, it is better to choose a higher monthly volume.
Can I change my plan or monthly volume whenever I like?
Yes. You can move to a higher monthly volume or a higher plan from the panel, without waiting for the end of the period.
How do annual and two-year plans work?
You pay in one upfront payment. Compared with monthly, annual costs 15% less and two-year costs 20% less. Until 31 December 2026, the first year on annual billing costs half the monthly price.
What do I pay after the first promo year?
From the second year you pay the annual price of your plan: for example €683 a year for Core with 300 shipments a month, and €1,316 for Plus with 300, excluding VAT.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days with all Plus features. At the end, you choose a plan and a monthly volume.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
