How does the courier rate comparison work?
For each shipment, Qapla' calculates the price and estimated delivery time of every connected courier, based on the rate cards in your contracts. You see them side by side before creating the label and choose the best option.
Does Qapla' sell shipping rates?
No. The comparison uses only the contracts you already have with couriers. Qapla' does not resell rates and does not stand between you and the courier.
Which plan includes it?
Live rates and the rate comparison are included from the Plus plan and in Qapla' One. The rates API is included from Plus.
Can I have the courier chosen automatically?
Yes. With pre-assignment rules the courier is chosen automatically, based on weight, destination, channel or order value. On Plus, the rules are unlimited.
What is the difference with invoice checks?
The rate comparison works before you ship: it tells you what it will cost. Nelson works afterwards: it reads the courier invoice and checks that every line matches the contract.
