With a thousand lines a month, nobody checks weight by weight and surcharge by surcharge by hand. Nelson does, and that is usually where the difference hides.

Recalculated weight

The courier re-weighs the parcel and invoices a higher weight than the one declared. Nelson compares it with the weight of your shipment.
Surcharges not in the contract

Restricted zones, delivery to upper floors, remote areas: items that appear on the invoice but not in the contract, or at a different amount.
Holding fees charged

Holding or redelivery fees on shipments that the tracking shows as delivered at the first attempt.
