Connect Magento and Magento 2 to Qapla': automatic orders, labels and tracking

   Orders arrive in Qapla'

   Every hour at :00, or when you run the manual import. Each order carries the data needed to ship: customer, products, chosen courier, amount, notes and full address.

   The courier is already assigned

   Qapla' reads the courier the customer chose at checkout and preassigns it.

   Print labels

   As PDF, ZPL, A4, A5 or A6, including automatic printing for high volumes. The data goes directly to the courier.

   The order on Magento updates

   Order status and tracking number. On Magento 2 also the courier name and the automatically generated invoice.

Pickup points at Magento 2 checkout

On Magento 2, a plugin developed by a partner agency shows the couriers' pickup points at checkout, for the couriers that support them. The chosen point reaches Qapla' with the order.

Cash on delivery, recognised automatically

Cash on delivery orders are recognised automatically. If you use custom payment methods for cash on delivery, write to support@qapla.it.

Your couriers on Magento

With Qapla' you track shipments from over 450 couriers and print labels from over 45 couriers with your own contract. Qapla' does not sell shipments: rates and terms remain those you have with the courier.

After the order, the customer always knows where the shipment is

Qapla' updates the order on Magento and notifies the customer at every status change, with your store's brand and not the courier's. Fewer questions for customer care, more visits to your site.
