Yes. You connect your Correos account: rates and terms stay those of your contract. Qapla' does not sell shipments.

Can I see Correos shipments on hold in Qapla'?
Yes. Shipments on hold and other issues appear among the exceptions with their reason, and the customer gets an alert. The release is requested from Correos.
Can I ship cash on delivery and multi-parcel shipments?
Multi-parcel shipments, yes, with one label per parcel. Cash on delivery is not available with Correos.
Can I create return labels with Correos?
No. With Correos, return labels created with the shipment and self-managed returns are not available. Tracking and labels remain active.
