Yes. You connect your Crono Poste account: rates and terms stay those of your contract. Qapla' does not sell shipments.

Which formats can I print Crono Poste labels in?

Can I see Crono Poste shipments on hold in Qapla'?

Yes. Shipments on hold and other issues appear among the exceptions with their reason, and the customer gets an alert. The release is requested from Crono Poste.

Can I ship cash on delivery and multi-parcel shipments?

Yes. Cash on delivery and multi-parcel shipments are available with Crono Poste: the amount and the number of parcels go to the courier with the shipment.

Can I create return labels with Crono Poste?

No. With Crono Poste, return labels created with the shipment and self-managed returns are not available. Tracking and labels remain active.
