Yes. You connect your FERCAM Logistics account: rates and terms stay those of your contract. Qapla' does not sell shipments.

Which formats can I print FERCAM Logistics labels in?

Can I see FERCAM Logistics shipments on hold in Qapla'?

Yes. Shipments on hold and other issues appear among the exceptions with their reason, and the customer gets an alert. The release is requested from FERCAM Logistics.

Can I ship cash on delivery and multi-parcel shipments?

Multi-parcel shipments, yes, with one label per parcel. Cash on delivery is not available with FERCAM Logistics.

Can I create return labels with FERCAM Logistics?

No. With FERCAM Logistics, return labels created with the shipment and self-managed returns are not available. Tracking and labels remain active.
