Qapla' is connected to your Commerce Layer store. When the shipment leaves, Qapla' marks the order as shipped, with the courier's tracking number. You don't need to change it by hand.
Animation: in Qapla' the shipment goes from label printed to Departed; the order on Commerce Layer goes from Being prepared to Shipped, with a note showing the tracking number.
