The order on Shopware updates by itself
Qapla' is connected to your Shopware store. When the shipment leaves, Qapla' marks the order as shipped, with the courier's tracking number. You don't need to change it by hand.
Animation: in Qapla' the shipment goes from label printed to Departed; the order on Shopware goes from Open to Shipped, with a note showing the tracking number.

The customer chooses to collect from a pickup point, enters their postcode and sees nearby points on a map or in a list. Delivery to a pickup point costs less than home delivery and reduces shipments on hold and failed deliveries.
The plugin is only needed for pickup points: orders reach Qapla' without it too.
